In this course, you will experience a taste for how IFS can shift perspectives and embolden self compassion, as well as resources for bringing awareness to your own system of parts and how to continue your learning on IFS.
Upon concluding this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the foundational ideas and assumptions of IFS.
- Explain the concept of “Self” and name and recognize each of the associated "8 C’s."
- Identify characteristics of firefighters, managers, and exiled parts and begin to differentiate between each.
- List the "6 F’s" of IFS and be able to provide example language for what each "F" looks like in practice.
