Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Online, Self-paced Course

Training at the Yellow Belt level covers an introduction to the terminology, tools, and methods of the Lean Six Sigma methodology for front-line staff/shop floor operators that will support process improvement projects in their organization (i.e., improving “the way we do things around here”). Please note, this course is NOT a pre-requisite for Green Belt level training. This self-paced, online course cultivates a strong foundation for learning in each module without instructor support through 1) automated online quizzes that provide immediate feedback (i.e., quick knowledge checks), 2) review questions to answer and then compare to recorded answers provided for feedback, 3) hands-on/virtual activities/workshops to complete and then compare with example answers provided for feedback, and 4) practice test questions to answer and then compare with recorded answers provided for feedback.
