Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Online, Self-paced Course

Training at the Black Belt level covers how to lead large Lean Six Sigma project teams to address complex organizational problems, mentor Green Belts, and liaise with Master Black Belts and Champions to achieve significant performance improvement and economic impact. Trained Black Belts will have the knowledge required to apply advanced Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify opportunities for improvement, map processes, collect and analyze data, identify root causes, plan and execute designed experiments, determine cause and effect relationships, brainstorm and select appropriate solutions, pilot test potential solutions, develop and execute implementation plans, and develop and implement control plans. This self-paced, online course cultivates a strong foundation for learning in each module without instructor support through 1) automated online quizzes that provide immediate feedback (i.e., quick knowledge checks), 2) review questions to answer and then compare to recorded answers provided for feedback, 3) hands-on/virtual activities/workshops to complete and then compare with example answers provided for feedback, and 4) practice test questions to answer and then compare with recorded answers provided for feedback.
